If you smell gas, call immediately
Emergency line of SPP is designed for notification of problems related to malfunctions in distributing natural gas:
- each leak of natural gas from a gas appliance,
- a breakdown, or possibly damage of a gas appliance maintained by SPP - distribúcia, a.s. (gas pipelines, connections, gas regulation stations, cathodic protection stations, household regulators, gas meters, main gas valves),
- restricted or suspended gas supply for the customer due to a damage.
The emergency line of SPP is a single telephone line which should be used for notification of breakdowns from all over Slovakia 24 hours a day. Calls are charged as local calls to a fixed line.
Only direct communication with the dispatcher of SPP, - distribúcia a.s. on the Emergency Line of SPP shall be considered as a demonstrable evidence for acceptance and registration of emergencies.
Employees of emergency services of SPP - distribúcia, a.s. do not provide for repairs and maintenance of off-take gas facilities in ownership of the end customer.
Caution:
Neither the fax number nor the e-mail address can be used for notification of gas leaks from the gas facilities!
