Before that happens and you can use all the comfort that the blue flame of natural gas gives our customers you need to conclude a Contract for Gas Supply with us.
How do you conclude a Gas Supply Contract ?
If you acquired residential property which already has a gas connection and you want to use it you are required to have the right of use to that property and prove it or present the consent of the property owner who agrees to your use of the property at the conclusion of the Contract for Gas Supply. You are also required to prove the validity of your right to use the concerned property or provide a current consent from the owner during the life of the contract upon request of the supplier, within 20 calendar days, particularly if the owner has cast doubt about the duration of this right or consent to the supplier.
Documents on the right of use are as follows:- Title deed
- If you are not the owner of the property, then you need a document confirming the right to use the off-take point – such as a lease or rental agreement, a mandate contract, the owner’s consent or the like
