PLYNKASO is a comfortable payment method for gas consumed in a household

How will you arrange for having PLYNKASO?
In case you have a current account in our contractual banks
(Slovenskej sporiteľni, VÚB or Tatra banka), proceed using one of the following ways:

  • Go to the bank, fill in the form „Agreement with the collection from the account“, which you must sign and turn in or
  • Go to the Customer Center of SPP, fill in the form „Agreement with the collection from the account“, which you must sign and turn in.

You can also use the internetbanking or the telephone service of the bank).

In case your account has been established in another bank, you can use the internetbanking, telephone service of the bank or visit the bank in person and establish the collection there.

Should that be the case you have to notify us about your agreement with the collection payment in one of the following ways:

  • Call the SPP Customer line 0850 111 363, where we will advice you on the follow-up steps, or
  • Visit Customer Center of SPP (link to the list of customer centers) and fill in the „Application for change of contractual conditions“.

To enable collection payment in your bank you must grant consent with collection in favor of one of the SPP accounts:
Slovenská sporiteľňa – account No. 173584614/0900
VÚB – account No. 1002029151/0200
Tatra banka – account No. 2621844555/1100

Please, be ready also to present the following data:

  • Number of your current account
  • Number of the contractual account of the SPP customer, which can be found:
    - in the form „Contract on gas supply “, in case the customer concluded it not earlier than in 2006,
    - in the final invoice for gas supply ,
  • - by calling on the SPP Customer line 0850 111363

Recommendation: When setting the maximal limit it is important to bear in mind that a low limit can lead to failure to settle the due payment of the final invoice or pre-payment invoice in case of change of price for natural gas supply.
