Seniors pay for gas less with the product +SENIOR

Subject to meeting the below conditions the customer with the product +Senior will acquire reduction of the fixed monthly rate by 50,- SKK/1,66 €(incl. VAT ).

The preferential rate is applicable for customers in the category of households, who have contracted the tariff D2 or D3 and who will prove meeting of the following conditions:

Age minimally 65 years at the time of the application submission
The customer is having his permanent address in a household for which the preferential rate +Senior is being requested
The customer asked SPP in writing for provision of the reduced rate of +Senior, he made self-meter-reading of the given meter and concurrently with the request for the reduced rate submitted the meter-reading data to
As at date of the request for the reduced rate +Senior the customer using the applicable price-list has selected certain tariff type for the given off-take point

Should the customer cease meeting the conditions entitling him to use the reduced rate +Senior, SPP, a.s. has the right to terminate providing him with the +Senior reduced rate. In case the customer ceases to meet any of the conditions of the +Senior reduced rate provision, he is obliged to notify this fact accordingly to SPP, a. s., specifically at the latest within 30 days upon the date of such fact occurrence.

Provision of the preferential +Senior rate shall have no impact on the amount of pre-payments.

PROCEDURE IN APPLYING FOR THE PREFERENTIAL RATE +SENIOR

Customers entitled to receive the reduced rate of +Senior, can acquire all necessary information also on the Customer Line of SPP 0850 111 363 during business days from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or in Customer Centers of SPP

Customers can ask SPP, a. s. for provision of the preferential +Senior rate by means of a form „Application for the preferential +Senior rate“.

The filled-in and signed form of the Application for the reduced rate of +Senior should be delivered by one of the following ways:

In writing, by sending it to the address of SPP, a. s.
By fax, using the number: 02/58 69 90 00
By e-mail, sending the scanned filled-in and signed form to the address zakaznickalinka@spp.sk, (to open mail window with the address)
In person, visiting the nearest customer center of Customer Centers of SPP
