	Central and Eastern European countries signed an agreement intended to support energy infrastructure projects in the electricity, gas and oil sectors in the region. High level political agreement was signed by Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. Its aim is give support to projects that should fill in the holes in the mutual North-South interconnection. Establishment of gas price for category T for 2012

Supply of gas for heat generation for delivery to households will be established according to Regulation by setting the extent of eligible costs and by setting appropriate profit. That means that in the given case the price decision issued by URSO will not contain explicit prices but rather separate components, set by the Regulation, which should be included in the regulated price. The consumers of gas must at the same time be categorised into tariff groups according to consumption bands that take regard of the volume of consumption.

We are offering electricity in 2012

SPP acts in much the same way as any other business entity on competitive market – it reacts on the demands by developing new products and seeks new opportunities also in new fields of supplies. Even though the strongest field of SPP remains gas, beginning next year the company will start offering electricity, which underlines SPP´s ambition to become a complex supplier of energy. From beginning 2012 SPP will offer electricity first of all to customers from the ranks of small commercial consumers, other segments will follow gradually.

New specialised classroom for young technicians in Prešov thanks to EkoFond

EkoFond, n.f., whose founder is SPP, in cooperation with Secondary technical school in Prešov ceremoniously opened a new classroom and specialised craft room for practical education on 25. November. It is already a third classroom of its type; the first one was opened in Trnava, second one in Banská Bystrica.
