Contents of the service:

Service of the technical GAS CONSULTANCY represents a possibility to use consultations and simple technical advising on a continuous basis on topics related to rational use of natural gas and heat, namely according to your needs. The gas consultancy is provided by technical specialists of SPP who dispose with the certificate of the „Energy auditor“. Provision of gas consultancy services as a part of services connected with the gas supply is governed by the rules defined herewith.

Scope of the service:

The GAS CONSULTANCY is available in the following topical areas:

Consultancy in the area of natural gas use
Consultancy in the area of energy saving
Consultancy in the area of possibilities of using the combined cycle technology (co-generation)
Consultancy in the area of heat sources
Consultancy in the area of eco-energy, alternative and renewable sources
Consultancy in respect of schemes and programs designed for provision of financial support from EU funds, or possibly from the state budget within the frame of the currently approved schemes supporting energy saving

Procedure in applying for the service of gas consultancy:

In case you are interested in the service of the gas consultancy, address the contact person in SPP designated in your Contract on gas supply. You will agree on the specific content and scope of the gas consultancy service during a personal meeting attended by your representative, the competent sales manager (account manager) and the technical specialist of SPP, a.s.. Upon presentation of the requirement as well as the related technical facility there will be agreed a procedure of treating the problem, provision of background documentation as well as other necessary information and there will also be agreed preliminary time-line of the service accomplishment.

Rights and obligations of contracting parties in delivery of the service

When using the gas consultancy service you commit yourself to:

provide information and background documents related to provision of the service
enable access to those of your premises which relate to implementation of the service

At the same time you are obliged to inform the service provider about all significant facts which directly or indirectly relate to activities implemented in connection with the service of the GAS CONSULTANCY. The output of the GAS CONSULTANCY will be provided in the form of information corresponding to the agreed scope and your submitted background data. The service provider can use the information acquired in connection with the GAS CONSULTANCY service only for the purposes of the service implementation.

The possibility of preferential use of the GAS CONSULTANCY services during the term of the contract on gas supply, based on these Rules can be utilized by all the customers of natural gas except for those that have concluded with SPP, a.s. a contract on gas supply of the following types: KLASIK, RP20, USD-KLASIK, EUR-KLASIK and KOLATERÁL

The GAS CONSULTANCY can be provided on the basis of an agreement between the contractor and customer to any customer of SPP, a.s. in the S or V tariffs, who duly meets his obligations arising to him from the applicable Contract on gas supply. Nevertheless, in case the customer has a contractual package without the GAS CONSULTANCY, when dealing with the requests for consultancy by the order of significance he will be treated as the second one in the order.

Output

You will be notified about the result of the GAS CONSULTANCY as agreed. It can be provided:

In writing – in the form of a technical position on the plan or project etc.
In writing – in the form of a technical report, short analysis with a recommendation on measures etc.
Orally – explanation, consultations, oral recommendations (in case, due to the scope of service, the written report is not necessary).

The outputs of the GAS CONSULTANCY are processed on the basis of the basic balance data on energy consumption (natural gas, heat), brief information on the status of energy management, or possibly on the way of operation provided by the customer.

In the brief written report you will acquire information on the possibilities whereby you could achieve improvement of efficiency of the technology equipment, increasing of operation stability, decreasing of operating costs etc., together with recommendations on implementation of possible rationalization measures.

Deadlines

Deadlines for accomplishment have always been subject to mutual agreement between the service provider and yourself, usually they are agreed during the first visit of technical specialists in your company.
