In this spring issue of the newsletter we would like again to outline the topical information in the area of gas industry and happening in SPP.

The Slovak gas market is currently fully liberalised and there are several gas suppliers actually operating on it. Even in this competitive environment, SPP succeeded in confirming its position of a key supplier in 2010, with a total market share of 82 %. Taking into account operation of several players on the market as well as the lasting economic crisis, this is a very good result. After the entry of new players, progress and changes in shares on the gas market in Slovakia are comparable to development in other European countries where the market has been liberalised.

Along with competitive price offer for deliveries of natural gas, we offer you safe deliveries of natural gas, guaranteed by reliability of the system that was checked by the gas crisis in the last year, too, by diversification contracts and professionalism of our employees. We have created for you individual servicing channels, such as SPP Business line, e-mail and fast servicing at 19 SPP Customer Centres in order to provide you with comfortable and expedient services.

We have several product ranges especially for you. The product range SPP WITHOUT WORRIES offers you services of Alliance Partners of SPP and an advantageous offer of gas appliances from renowned producers and suppliers with whom we cooperate at present. By means of SPP SAFELY we will provide for you simple execution of preventive checks of your gas appliances. SPP ADVICING offers personal, mail and phone counselling, focused on comparing advantages of natural gas to other types of energies, calculations of heat losses in rooms where you carry out your business, but also advice and tips how to rationally use natural gas.

Since 2005 the European Commission announces the Permanently Sustainable Energy campaign in Europe. This campaign aims to contribute to achieving the EU goal in the area of renewable sources of energy, energy efficiency, and clean transport by way of alternative fuels. Our most successful paralympians

Our most successful paralympic expedition in history won in total 11 medals at 10^th winter paralympic games in Vancouver, while all were for downhill skiing.
