SPP Code of Conduct

Slovenský plynárenský priemysel, a.s. complies with all generally binding legislation and other standards relating to corporate governance. The company expects to meet ethical and honest business standards also from its trading partners and does not tolerate any form of corruption, other violations of generally binding legislation. The Company has adopted the SPP Code of Conduct, which reflects the attitudes and standards of behaviour of its employees, reflecting the core values ​​of the company. The SPP Code of Conduct is binding on all company employees. Applying the principles defined in the Code of Conduct and Company Values ​​to Employees is an integral part of the Company's transparent business performance in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, other relevant standards, and its Corporate Social Responsibility. The SPP Code of Conduct defines, among other things, the rules of relations with customers, suppliers and public institutions. Feedback on compliance with the principles laid down in the SPP Code of Conduct, as well as employee complaints regarding anti-social activities, is provided by the Ombudsman for SPP staff.
