Corporate Governance

We consider the application of the principles of responsible business and social responsibility to be an integral part of business. We have implemented international standards and recommendations in the field of corporate governance, through which we aim to increase transparency and contribute to raising standards in this area in Slovakia. In the area of corporate governance, we take into account the recommendations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and proceed in accordance with the Code of Governance of Companies with State Ownership in Slovakia.
